Morningglowing reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

In no event shall Morningglowing’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for using the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Morningglowing may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Site, Morningglowing, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
